The Ecsite Workrooms are a short series of online talks, group discussions, workshops and even some offline preparation, all centred around one specific theme; an opportunity for science engagement professionals to learn together.
Welcome to our online registration system for our Ecsite Workroom! Please note that only participants are required to register for this event, speakers and organisers are not.
By completing this form, I agree to abide by the following General Conditions, Terms of Payment and Cancellation/Refund and Substitution Policies.
Acceptance of this form constitutes a contract.
Whilst the programme for the workroom is correct at the time of registration, Ecsite reserves the right for the organisers to amend the programme at any time, in order to better suit their needs and requirements.
Workroom places are allocated on a strictly first-come, first-served basis and on select eligibility criteria which can be found on the Ecsite website. We reserve the right to cancel your place in your chosen Workroom if payment is not received on time. No registrations and no changes to the "Art and science collaborations" Workroom registrations can be made after 3 March 2022.
You may be photographed or screenshots may be taken at the event and your image used in brochures, emails, films and on the Ecsite website. From time to time, the organisers may also choose to record elements of the workroom for use as a resource in Ecsite's communications.
Neither Ecsite nor the organisers are responsible for injuries to participants during the event, which will take place predominantly online, with some offline activities. Furthermore, Ecsite is not responsible for any local online connection issues that participants may encounter during the Workrooms and it is participants' responsibility to ensure they have working internet and the correct equipment required ahead of the events.
Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to any working locations during the workroom.
In case of proven professional error/fault, the liability of Ecsite is limited to the withdrawal of the invoice. Any dispute arising from the execution of this invoice will be settled under Belgian law. The courts of law of the district of Brussels are exclusively competent to take cognisance of any possible disputes.
