We are sharing these details with our Host Nemo, Amsterdam, for the purpose of organising this event. We will add your email to a mailing list dedicated to updates about the 2022 Directors Forum. This mailing list is handled by MailChimp. We will delete this MailChimp list no later than 6 months after the end of the event, and keep a copy for archive on the Ecsite server. General Conditions
Whilst the programme for the Directors' Forum 2022 is correct at the time of registration, Ecsite reserves the right for the organisers to amend the programme at any time, in order to better suit their needs and requirements.

Neither NEMO Science Centre nor Ecsite are responsible for injuries to participants during the event.

Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to the premises during the event.

Covid-19 safety regulations
Most Covid-19 measures in the Netherlands have been lifted. Masks are still obligatory on aircraft and airports. Masks are not mandatory for the Director's Forum 2022 event, but we recommend wearing them in situations where social distancing cannot be kept.

If the governmental recommendations change, we will adapt the event regulations accordingly. Detailed and updated information will be sent to participants a week before the event, on 10 November 2022.

Terms of Payment
If the registrant doesn’t opt for direct online payment, an invoice will be sent with the registration confirmation email. Please pay it upon receipt and no later than 15 November 2022. No access to the event will be given to unpaid participants.

Cancellation and Substitutions Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to info@ecsite.eu up to 3 November 2022 at 23.59 CEST. After this date, no refund will be granted, and full payment remains due. In case of no-show without written cancellation sent within above deadline, no refund will be granted, and full payment is still due.

No refund will be granted for participants who do not comply with the Covid regulations in the Netherlands and which result in you not being able to attend the forum.

Substitutions are allowed with written authorisation of the registrant who is unable to attend and provided that the new attendee is a Senior Manager. All substitutions must be made in writing to info@ecsite.eu.

Neither NEMO nor Ecsite shall be liable for any disruption to the event’s or attendees' travel arrangements due to force majeure events and no refunds will be made, either in part or full, for cancellations due to such circumstances. Circumstances amounting to force majeure include any event which could not be foreseen or forestalled, not even with all due care, including, but not limited to, war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, volcanic ash clouds and all similar event.

Privacy
Ecsite will receive personal data of the participants. Ecsite will process the received personal data as data controller. For the execution of the contract or to comply with legal obligations, the personal data may be transferred to selected third parties. Ecsite ensures that the received personal data of the participants are being processed and transferred in accordance with the provisions and principles of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR"). According to the GDPR, the participant shall always have the right to request data access, inspection, data rectification or erasure, information, data portability, objection, limitation to the processing of the data relating to him and to be forgotten upon written request, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. Contracts and agreements

On Saturday, 19 November, fellow Ecsite members Naturalis and Rijksmuseum Boerhaave will open their doors to Forum participants. To help us plan, please let us know if you would like to visit them. Both institutions will be available to tour during their normal operating hours.
