We would like to inform you that due to the unfolding COVID-19 / Coronavirus situation, we have decided to postpone the International Cargo Bike Conference and Festival. Both will now take place at a later date this year.
Our priority is, of course, to ensure the safety of all those involved in the ICBF; visitors, exhibitors, speakers, those involved in the organisation, and everybody who comes into contact with them. Rest assured that we are taking our responsibilities in this area very seriously indeed. We hope you will understand our decision.
The Dutch government has announced that all events are cancelled from now until at least April 6th. However, it is still very uncertain how the situation will have developed by April 6th, and when events will be allowed to continue. Therefore, shortly after April 6th (at the latest) we will be in touch again to inform you about developments including, if possible, a new date of the ICBF Conference and Festival. Again for clarity, what we do know is that the Conference will not go ahead as planned on 24th April.
